Option A, Ch 1: E-Biz Basics, answer the 3 Q in 400+ words or more total
1. What are the differences among a Website designer, a Web marketer, and the Web customer/browser/viewer? Are all their goals similar? Should one person be responsible for performing all of these? Explain how to make this mix ‘work’ well, as marketing should not be a one-sided approach. Provide specific examples.
2. Why can there be a disconnect between your financial goals as a Web marketer and a Website ontrepreneur (owner/manager of an e-biz) accounting for your money after having written up your e-biz plan with financial projections? Can one person do both jobs well/objectively? Explain and provide details.
3. What else was mentioned in Bk 1/Ch 1 (or from related reading) that is important about E-Biz Basics? Don’t just list, try to find real-world examples and/or share your experiences.
Option B, Ch 2: Making $ Online, answer the 2 Q in 400+ words or more total
1. Explore ways to make money online to supplement what this chapter lists and provide details/examples/websites:
A. as a Web marketer
B. as an ontrepreneur (e-biz owner and cybermanager)
C. as an independent individual/freelancer (can you find a dozen more ways?). Hint: Think not only of products/services but also freelancing your talents/services, reciprocal networking with others, cross listing to other market segments, etc.
2. Explore the plus and minus aspects of affiliate collaborations when you are working with other people/e-businesses/websites. Consider legal, ethical, default, copyright, and customer-informed policies (who gets credit, takes the blame, collected mailing lists, how one is paid, etc.). Feel free to go beyond the book!
