May 29, 2012 - LD's Animal Park - an Adventure Story

Our afternoon adventure entailed a trip to LD's Animal Park. Carolyn had read about the opening of this "children's petting zoo", and saved the article for our visit. Unfortunately, the park was closed on Tuesdays, but we all agreed we wanted to go anyway. The ride was an adventure in-and-of itself: The address listed was not complete, and we had to stop and ask a neighbor for help. With his good advice, we finally arrived, and saw this will be a fun trip for Tom's grandkids this summer. And we had fun scouting it out!
